PRIMARY DUTIES: (In-Person Position)
- Answer inbound calls and schedule customers using established dispatching software
- Dispatching plumbing related work orders based on urgency
- Routing calls to employees
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Invoice customers
- Light A/R & A/P
- Data Entry
- MUST be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- MUST have a minimum of 3 + years of administrative experience; dispatching in a construction environment/service industry a PLUS
- Available to work Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 PM and alternating Saturdays
- Proficient in utilizing modern technology
- Strong attention to details-is a MUST
- High-level organization skills - is a MUST
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient typing skills-minimum of 30 wpm
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS
